DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, small clubs and societies do not have to register with the Data Protection Registrar.  However, we are obliged to inform you that for ease of administration your contact information and player’s statistics will be held on the Club’s computers.

If you do not wish your information to be held on computer, please advise the Club Secretary in writing.

Match reports containing your child’s name and playing statistics will be held on computer and may be periodically published on the Club’s web site.  If you do not wish your child’s information to be published on the Club’s web site please advise the Club Secretary in writing.

Please note that no medical information is stored on computer.
